3 things:

* Remove 'ldap del only sam attr' after asking Lars Mueller from SuSE first.
  It is replaced by 'ldap delete dn'

* Fix a typo in docs.

* Document 'set primary group script'. Alexander, could you check the
  file in smbdotconf/ please? Thanks.
