Makefile.in: Added maintainer mode fixes.
aclocal.m4: Added AC_LIBTESTFUNC.
configure.in: Fixed -lsecurity -lsec problems.
client.c: dos_ fixes.
groupdb/aliasunix.c: Dead code removal.
include/includes.h: Added default PRINTCAP_NAME.
