r15615: - add some tests for cancel pending locks by SMBexit, SMBulogoff and SMBtdis
- add some tests which demonstrate the LOCK_NOT_GRANTED vs. FILE_LOCK_CONFLICT error cases of failed locks metze (This used to be commit 218910f9270767a7316b344212ee305f74ac93ea)
