r615: Implement samr_OpenGroup, samr_QueryGroupInfo, samr_SetGroupInfo,
samr_DeleteDomainGroup.
I've added the hidden attribute numMembers that must be maintained by
Add/DelGroupMember for the GroupInfoAll query.
