dsdb: Use credentials.get_forced_sasl_mech()
This will allow us to force the use of only DIGEST-MD5, for example,
which is useful to avoid hitting GSSAPI, SPNEGO or NTLM when talking
to OpenLDAP and Cyrus-SASL.
