Minor fixes:

- Fix warnings in loadparm.c
- Remove the unused 'passdb modules path' paramater

- Make pdb_ldap use $ termination rather than the workstation trust account
  flag becouse some 'machine' accounts appear as normal accounts at creation
  time.  Also covers domains etc.
