r4870: Make multi-domain-mode in idmap_rid accessible from outside (can be
compiled with -DIDMAP_RID_SUPPORT_TRUSTED_DOMAINS) as requested by Lars
Mueller <lmuelle-at-suse.de>.
Allow to map ID's for a local SAM and add some more
debugging-information.
