ipc.c: Adding Andrews become_root code to the main branch.
locking.c: Adding Andrews become_root code to the main branch.
pipes.c: Fixing the close_file issue.
proto.h: The usual.
reply.c: Move smb_pass into NTDOMAIN defined code. Fixing the close_file issue.
