Fix bad SMB2 opcode reading in server.
SMB2 opcodes are 16-bit values. We should *never*
be reading them with IVAL(inhdr, SMB2_HDR_OPCODE),
it should always be SVAL(inhdr, SMB2_HDR_OPCODE).
