nss_wrapper: add support for groups and return EPERM in initgroups()
The NSS_WRAPPER_GROUP envvar should point to
the /etc/group style file.
Note: NSS_WRAPPER_PASSWD and NSS_WRAPPER_GROUP both
need non-empty values to enable NSS Wrapper
support.
