r11938: Fix cifs to handle non-numeric uid and gid parameters and merge trunk and SAMBA_3 versions of mount.cifs and cleanup cifs vfs help.
Modified version of patch from Olaf Kirch <okir at SuSE dot de> for Novell Bug 120601 (This used to be commit 0981552deab9f73d2f784e5da52878ffdf845031)
