Winbind merges from HEAD:
- fix winbindd_pam bugs
- give a better error message for unauthorized access to auth_crap
- show this message in wbinfo
- fix spelling: privilaged -> privileged
** This changes the location of the winbindd privileged pipe **
(thanks to tpot)
