ok next_rid out as well local_*id_to*id functions
reverted user making function, did not pass the abartlet test :-)
idmap is now fully integrated, we only miss user creation and removal of uid
and gid from SAM_ACCOUNT
(This used to be commit 67af8c26586c4829166795813a373bf9be27b753)
