Enclose usage of st_blksize and st_blocks struct stat members in
#ifdef HAVE_STAT_ST_BLKSIZE and #ifdef HAVE_STAT_ST_BLOCKS,
respectively.
Fixes bug 550 reported by Joachim Schmitz <schmitz@hp.com>.
