some minor modifications to loadparm.c to support the necessary
functions for wsmbconf. In particular added some more support routines (like lp_rename_service()) and make the dump routines take a FILE pointer rather than assuming stdout (This used to be commit 6d165016068f6c4e9eed8fae83a9f7ca0b34f85a)
