r20089: Put gpfs acl function into vfs_gpfs module. Thanks to Gomati Mohanan
<gomati.mohanan@in.ibm.com>.
Also fix fields for sec_desc differences between 3.0 and 3.0.24 in
nfs4_acls.c.
