2 fixes
* bug #280 (my fault) - initialize sambaNextUserRid and
sambaNextGroupRid
* Unix users shared vis LDAP or NIS between a samba domain member
of a Samba domain are not seen as domain users on the member servers.
not as local users.
(This used to be commit a030fa373aefde8628def54ca8152f237a0467dc)
