s4-dsdb: return LDB_ERR_CONSTRAINT_VIOLATION on num_recs != 1
In a single record search, LDB_ERR_CONSTRAINT_VIOLATION is more useful
than the generic LDB_ERR_OPERATIONS_ERROR
