r13899: Get the shared library build building again. Just compiles for now,
but modules don't work yet..
(Run LIBRARY_OUTPUT_TYPE=SHARED_LIBRARY MODULE_OUTPUT_TYPE=SHARED_LIBRARY ./config.status)
