r1358: Re-indent the SPENGO implementation, and work on the basis of a
switch, rather than a series of if statements.
Also start to use the GENSEC subcontexts, and add some comments
explaining some of the 'odd' logic in parts.
I'll probably break these out into subfunctions soon.
