r3618: - this adds the special case for DENY_DOS semantics, as shown by the BASE-DENYDOS test.
- pvfs now passes BASE-DENY1 and BASE-DENYDOS.
(This used to be commit aa09df22ee729c02552638859236d9068e9748ae)
