r12085: wkssvc.idl updated based on work by Ronnie Sahlberg to bring the
Samba4 and ethereal IDL into line, so ethereal doesn't lose any
existing strucutres when switching to idl
(This used to be commit afccf73ecf6cf85e72c04e28724096aa6da96a80)
