r4453: use lp_server_role(), which currently returns 3, for the dssetup
role. The value '5', which is what my w2k3 DC returns, doesn't
work. I'm not sure why this is.
with this change the GUI ACL editor from w2k3 works properly, with
either server role in the HKLM registry.
