Remove features not supported by Doxygen 1.2.14 on RH7.3. Remove dependence on dot tool, which is apparently not in Redhat, and doesn't produce very interesting results for C code anyhow. Make Doxygen --quiet to support running from cron. Remove references to files which are gone from Samba (CodingSuggestions). Put HTML output in the right directory.
