	Their AC_TRY_RUN doesn't include any current CPPFLAGS. Make the set[res]uid checks independent of this. Needs a small change to the waf build in order to code with the change. 	Will allow thread-specific credentials to be added by modifying the central definitions. Deliberately left the setXX[ug]id() call in popt as this is not used in Samba.
