While this doesn't generate essentially different code for NDR parser, using pointer will make drsuapi_DsReplicaSync descritpin with the rest of the functions in DRSUAPI interface. Another benefit is that this way we could create Wireshark dissector directly from Samba's verions for drsuapi.idl - 'level' and thus the switch_type() should be uint32
