smbcontrol winbindd debug level would only set the debug level of the parent winbindd process and not the child processes. This patch adds the functionality of broadcasting the debug message to all winbindd children. Jeremy, setting "exists" to True in _dfs_Add prevented the initial creation of a new symlink for me, because the SMB_VFS_UNLINK failed. This also exists in 3.2.
