2007-10-10r21882: The server part of the code has to use an AUTH_NTLMSSP struct,Jeremy Allison1-0/+15
not just an NTLMSSP - grr. This complicates the re-use of common client and server code but I think I've got it right. Not turned on of valgrinded yet, but you can see it start to take shape ! Jeremy. (This used to be commit 60fc9c0aedf42dcd9df2ef9f1df07eaf3bca9bce)
2007-10-10r21257: Better fix for bug #4188 :Jeremy Allison1-13/+4
Windows Vista RC1 and RC2 can't delete directory on Samba share based on work by Joe Meadows <jmeadows@webopolis.com>. Jeremy. (This used to be commit 2dab8928769938ab79da7b7ce2d165fc388f9b00)

with -DDEVELOPER. Jeremy. (This used to be commit 7f817067a70930ee3502ea3373173e0c23733253)
2007-10-10r20873: Some correctness fixes w.r.t. Samba4 torture BASE-DELETE.Jeremy Allison1-0/+16
Allow us to correctly refuse to set delete on close on a non-empty directory. There are still some delete-on-close wrinkles to be fixed, but I understand how to do that better now. I'll fix this tomorrow. Jeremy. (This used to be commit 029635885825a5562e7974a6f5675cce3bf1b5dc)
2007-10-10r17569: Make 'max smbd processes' more robust. Counting on the child to ↵Volker Lendecke1-5/+0
decrement a tdb entry is not the most reliable way to count children correctly. This increments the number of children after a fork and decrements it upon SIGCLD. I'm keeping a list of children just for consistency checks, so that we at least get a debug level 0 message if something goes wrong. Volker (This used to be commit eb45de167d24d07a218307ec5a48c0029ec097c6)
2007-10-10r17098: Samba3 now cleanly passes Samba4 RAW-LOCK tortureJeremy Allison1-0/+4
test. Phew - that was painful :-). But what it means is that we now implement lock cancels and I can add lock cancels into POSIX lock handling which will fix the fast/slow system call issue with cifsfs ! Jeremy. (This used to be commit f1a9cf075b87c76c032d19da0168424c90f6cb3c)
2007-10-10r13316: Let the carnage begin....Gerald Carter1-0/+9

2007-10-10r6588: just include includes.h to get prototypes here.Herb Lewis1-1/+1
(This used to be commit 5565606560ef017f289c2dc941bf4135fc1a9faa)
2007-10-10r6586: get rid of a few more compiler warningsHerb Lewis1-0/+2
(This used to be commit 173375f8d88bf8e8db8d60e5d5f0e5dcc28767d9)
2004-02-12merge from old APP_HEADGerald Carter1-0/+29
* remove corrupt tdb and shutdown (only for printing tdbs, connections, sessionid & locking) * decrement smbd counter in connections.tdb in smb_panic() * various Makefile hack to get things to link 'max smbd processes' looks like it might be broken. The counter KEY is not being set. Will look into that tomorrow. (This used to be commit 6e22c5da929b6d9a4e32dc704c83112b2ad8fcfd)
