When deferring an async pipe writeX and readX transfer
the outstanding request struct onto the conn struct. This
needs freeing after the packet is finally processed.

We keep the seqnum/mid mapping in the smb_request structure.
This also moves one global variable into the
smbd_server_connection struct.

This changelist allows for the addition of custom performance
monitoring modules through smb.conf. Entrypoints in the main message
processing code have been added to capture the command, subop, ioctl,
identity and message size statistics.

This scans the list of pipes registered via rpc_pipe_register_commands instead
of using static tables.

InBuffer/OutBuffer
The complete history of this patch can be found under
http://www.samba.org/~vlendec/inbuf-checkin/.
Jeremy, Jerry: If possible I would like to see this in 3.2.0. I'm only
checking into 3_2 at the moment, as it currently will slow down operations for
all non-converted (i.e. all at this moment) operations, as it will copy the
talloc'ed inbuf over the global InBuffer. It will need quite a bit of effort
to convert everything necessary for the normal operations an XP box does.
I have patches for negprot, session setup, tcon_and_X, open_and_X, close. More
to come, but I would appreciate some help here.

checkin will pull this up to srvstr_get_path. At that point we can get more
independent of the inbuf, the base_ptr in pull_string will only be used
to satisfy UCS2 alignment constraints.

This changes "struct process_id" to "struct server_id", keeping both is
just too much hassle. No functional change (I hope ;-))

of the Samba4 timezone handling code back into Samba3.
Gets rid of "kludge-gmt" and removes the effectiveness
of the parameter "time offset" (I can add this back
in very easily if needed) - it's no longer being
looked at. I'm hoping this will fix the problems people
have been having with DST transitions. I'll start comprehensive
testing tomorrow, but for now all modifications are done.
Splits time get/set functions into srv_XXX and cli_XXX
as they need to look at different timezone offsets.
Get rid of much of the "efficiency" cruft that was
added to Samba back in the day when the C library
timezone handling functions were slow.

into the tree). I'll test this over the weekend....
Jerry - in looking at the difference between the two trees there
seem to be some printing/ntprinting.c and registry changes we might
want to examine to try keep in sync.
