TDB_CLEAR_IF_FIRST tdb's. For tdb's like gencache where we open without CLEAR_IF_FIRST and then with CLEAR_IF_FIRST if corrupt this is still safe to use as if opening an existing tdb the new hash will be ignored - it's only used on creating a new tdb not opening an old one. Jeremy.

This applies to the following situations: * When building a new package with a new Samba version * building in a git branch after calling mkversion.sh after a new commit (i.e. virtually always) This patch improves the situation in the following way: * remove inlude "version.h" from includes.h * Use samba_version_string() instead of SAMBA_VERSION_STRING in files that use no other macro from version.h instead of SAMBA_VERSION_STRING. * explicitly include "version.h" in those files that use more macros from "version.h" than just SAMBA_VERSION_STRING. This replaces the internal explicit dev/ino file id representation by a "struct file_id". This is necessary as cluster file systems and NFS don't necessarily assign the same device number to the shared file system. With this structure in place we can now easily add different schemes to map a file to a unique 64-bit device node.
