The next patch make dbwrap_local_open() call the ntdb backend for ntdb files, but we don't want to add ntdb support to the old autoconf build. It's cleaner to use the existing DISABLE_NTDB flag rather than test for _SAMBA_BUILD_ in dbwrap_local_open.c.
