2011-05-03s4-socket: rename allow_access() to socket_allow_access()Andrew Tridgell1-4/+4
this prevents a symbol collision with s3 Pair-Programmed-With: Andrew Bartlett <abartlet@samba.org>
2010-03-26libutil: moved the networking defines to util_net.hAndrew Tridgell1-0/+1
These were causing thousands of warnings on solaris8
2007-10-10r25522: Convert to standard bool types.Jelmer Vernooij1-48/+48
(This used to be commit 5e814287ba475e12f8cc934fdd09b199dcdfdb86)
2007-10-10r23792: convert Samba4 to GPLv3Andrew Tridgell1-3/+2
There are still a few tidyups of old FSF addresses to come (in both s3 and s4). More commits soon. (This used to be commit fcf38a38ac691abd0fa51b89dc951a08e89fdafa)
2007-10-10r15573: Fix build of systems that have iconv headers in non-standard locationsJelmer Vernooij1-1/+1
Split of system/locale.h header from system/iconv.h Previously, iconv wasn't being used on these systems (This used to be commit aa6d66fda69779d1c2948a1aca85dbd5208f1cba)
2007-10-10r12804: This patch reworks the Samba4 sockets layer to use a socket_addressAndrew Bartlett1-5/+11
structure that is more generic than just 'IP/port'. It now passes make test, and has been reviewed and updated by metze. (Thankyou *very* much). This passes 'make test' as well as kerberos use (not currently in the testsuite). The original purpose of this patch was to have Samba able to pass a socket address stucture from the BSD layer into the kerberos routines and back again. It also removes nbt_peer_addr, which was being used for a similar purpose. It is a large change, but worthwhile I feel. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 88198c4881d8620a37086f80e4da5a5b71c5bbb2)
2007-10-10r12728: Revive testparm.Andrew Bartlett1-3/+3
It needs work to not dump defaults from loadparm.c, but otherwise it works. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 1260fcf46579d708a406625f548add9be9fdc6fb)
2007-10-10r5304: removed lib/socket/socket.h from includes.hAndrew Tridgell1-0/+1

2007-10-10r3449: more include file reductionAndrew Tridgell1-0/+1
the ldb part isn't ideal, I will have to think of a better solution (This used to be commit 6b1f86aea8427a8e957b1aeb0ec2f507297f07cb)
2007-10-10r3443: the next stage in the include files re-organisation.Andrew Tridgell1-0/+1
I have created the include/system/ directory, which will contain the wrappers for the system includes for logical subsystems. So far I have created include/system/kerberos.h and include/system/network.h, which contain all the system includes for kerberos code and networking code. These are the included in subsystems that need kerberos or networking respectively. Note that this method avoids the mess of #ifdef HAVE_XXX_H in every C file, instead each C module includes the include/system/XXX.h file for the logical system support it needs, and the details are kept isolated in include/system/ This patch also creates a "struct ipv4_addr" which replaces "struct in_addr" in our code. That avoids every C file needing to import all the system networking headers. (This used to be commit 2e25c71853f8996f73755277e448e7d670810349)
2007-10-10r2581: added "hosts allow" and "hosts deny" checking in smbd. I needed thisAndrew Tridgell1-0/+353
as my box keeps getting hit by viruses spreading on my companies internal network, which screws up my debug log badly (sigh). metze, I'm not sure if you think access.c should go in the socket library or not. It is closely tied to the socket functions, but you may prefer it separate. The access.c code is a port from Samba3, but with some cleanups to make it (slighly) less ugly. (This used to be commit 058b2fd99e3957d7d2a9544fd27071f1122eab68)
