2008-05-20Revert addition of 'mailslot' parameter.Andrew Bartlett1-1/+0
It turns out that the mailslot name (and a useful private prointer) is provided in the struct dgram_mailslot_handler. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit e17804b8857fdb3c182c5e886323b9d6c194c2ff)
2008-05-17Show that the NTLOGON and NETLOGON mailslots are *very* similar.Andrew Bartlett1-0/+1
Rework the mailslot infrustructure to cope, passing down the mailslot name so that we can implement both in the same callback function. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 89fdd77891529aa74bb920994b8b5959aae8ac2d)
2008-05-17Put back the old netlogn parsing code - for the request onlyAndrew Bartlett1-5/+10
This gives us seperate parsing functions for requests and replies. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit d2d3d15a8edd58cda7543feebdeb52178400615b)
2008-05-16Rework the CLDAP and NBT netlogon requests and responses.Andrew Bartlett1-18/+3
This now matches section 7.3.3 of the MS-ATDS specification, and all our current tests pass against windows. There is still more testing to do, and the server implementation to complete. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 431d0c03965cbee85691cd0dc1e2a509c1a2b717)
2008-02-27Remove more global_loadparm uses.Jelmer Vernooij1-1/+2

2008-02-21Remove more uses of global_loadparm.Jelmer Vernooij1-0/+1
(This used to be commit 47d05ecf6fef66c90994f666b8c63e2e7b5a6cd8)
2007-12-21r26310: Remove more uses of global_loadparm.Jelmer Vernooij1-0/+2
(This used to be commit 9d806da113b5f0688b6193dfdee9b8765e18b38f)
2007-12-21r26223: Move loadparm context up in the stack.Jelmer Vernooij1-0/+1
(This used to be commit 152e2b1a283675b53affb8f7225644925f171dbd)
2007-10-10r23792: convert Samba4 to GPLv3Andrew Tridgell1-3/+2
There are still a few tidyups of old FSF addresses to come (in both s3 and s4). More commits soon. (This used to be commit fcf38a38ac691abd0fa51b89dc951a08e89fdafa)
2007-10-10r14464: Don't include ndr_BASENAME.h files unless strictly required, insteadJelmer Vernooij1-1/+1
try to include just the BASENAME.h files (containing only structs) (This used to be commit 3dd477ca5147f28a962b8437e2611a8222d706bd)
2007-10-10r12932: export function prototypesStefan Metzmacher1-0/+16

2007-10-10r12804: This patch reworks the Samba4 sockets layer to use a socket_addressAndrew Bartlett1-12/+12
structure that is more generic than just 'IP/port'. It now passes make test, and has been reviewed and updated by metze. (Thankyou *very* much). This passes 'make test' as well as kerberos use (not currently in the testsuite). The original purpose of this patch was to have Samba able to pass a socket address stucture from the BSD layer into the kerberos routines and back again. It also removes nbt_peer_addr, which was being used for a similar purpose. It is a large change, but worthwhile I feel. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 88198c4881d8620a37086f80e4da5a5b71c5bbb2)
2007-10-10r10997: r11980@SERNOX (orig r10037): metze | 2005-09-05 14:21:40 +0200Stefan Metzmacher1-14/+8
add struct nbt_peer_socket and use it instead of passing const char *addr, uint16 port everyhwere (tridge: can you review this please, (make test works) metze (This used to be commit a599d7a4ae881c94be2c2d908a398838549942bb)
2007-10-10r10491: First step towards wbinfo -t: This issues a name request for the primaryVolker Lendecke1-0/+1
domain and gets the DC's name via a mailslot call. Metze, I renamed wbsrv_queue_reply to wbsrv_send_reply in accordance with irpc_send_reply. Having _queue_ here and _send_ there is a bit confusing. And as everything is async anyway, the semantics should not be too much of a problem. Volker (This used to be commit 4637964b19c6e9f7d201b287e2d409d029fced01)
2007-10-10r6691: fixed a commentAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
(This used to be commit a0fa871c3fda9fce7da0b110ed313c930a677a80)
2007-10-10r6323: added server side support for dgram NTLOGON requests. NT4 ↵Andrew Tridgell1-0/+1
workstations can now login to a Samba4 domain. (This used to be commit df146d64ebce6b462c08a1f30919390fcf8196cb)
2007-10-10r6321: added IDL and test suite for NBT dgram 'sam logon' request (sent byAndrew Tridgell1-0/+15
clients when a user tries to login) (This used to be commit 08ded62156b387457bc56b5910e1ddc813b375bd)
2007-10-10r6288: the nbt dgram server now responds to GETDC requests. It works with ourAndrew Tridgell1-0/+6
test suite, but doesn't yet seem to satisfy a nt4 client. I'm investigating. (This used to be commit 406217262dff5adb5d0cb0028198e08f66cc85f4)
2007-10-10r6245: receive and parse the GETDC response in the NBT-DGRAM test. The testAndrew Tridgell1-2/+4
now tries to bind to port 138 if possible, so if you run it as root and smbd/nmbd is not running then it works against windows servers (This used to be commit 52ccdb79bc922be52c24dd393323dbbee83a2aea)
2007-10-10r6223: added a bit more datagram infrastructure and the beginnings of a testAndrew Tridgell1-3/+13
suite. The NBT-DGRAM test does a UDP/138 netlogon request, to which a windows server sends a reply, but the windows server sends the reply to the wrong port (it always sends to 138), so the test suite doesn't see it. (This used to be commit a7634625dbc944dd8256a822be290010f341a571)
2007-10-10r6209: started added code to support mailslot requests over UDP/138Andrew Tridgell1-0/+77
datagrams. This adds the IDL to parse mailslot packets, plus mailslot dispatch and listener registration code. mailslots are used for UDP/138 browse and netlogon packets (This used to be commit f20e7e5200de736b3451d748ed716be638f93502)
2007-10-10r6184: the beginnings of the libcli/dgram/ library, and the dgramAndrew Tridgell1-0/+41
server. Currently just listens on port 138 and parses the packets (using IDL like the rest of NBT). This allows me to develop the structures and test with real packets (This used to be commit 10d64a525349ff96695ad961a3cfeb5bc7c8844f)
