This is implemented with a tdb_traverse_read(), and will allow a tool
to disover the name and server_id of all Samba processes, as each
process registers itself to recieve messages.

when we get a netlogon RODC DNS update, we send it to the dnsupdate
task

As we marshall the iprc header and the payload to the ndr_push
context, we should pad the irpc header to let the payload start
at an 8 byte boundary.
This way we get the alignment still be correct if we remove the
header before passing the raw payload to the caller.
As we use IRPC more and more for complex NDR marshalled structures
we need to get this right, in order to not get random ndr_pull failures.

when an RODC tries to authenticate against an account and the account
has no password information it needs to send a message to the drepl
server to tell it to try and replicate the secret information from
a writeable DC

This removed an unnecessary conversion of the return type in
drepl_take_FSMO_role.

Basically the candidate owner makes a getncchanges call with extended op 6 when they want to
become the new owner. The current owner then updates the corresponding fSMORoleOwner attribute
in its database with the new owner, and replicates the change to the candidate, who then becomes the
owner.
The patch was made in cooperation with Anatoliy Atanasov <anatoliy.atanasov@postpath.com> who
kindly helped to debug it.

This IRPC calls is to be used whenever repsFrom/repsTo are
changed by administrative tool or KCC (i.e. Topology changes).
At present, only KCC may change topology.

When one of our core tasks fails to initialise it can now ask for the
server as a whole to die, rather than limping along in a degraded
state.

This is implemented by means of a message to the KDC, to avoid having
to link most of the KDC into netlogon.

in having pointers for outgoing data when you can already modify the top-level
element.
This can be overridden (temporarily) by specifying the new "keepref"
attribute. Once we've removed keepref from all IDL files, I'll remove this
attribute as well.

problem was that the return string was declared as:
[out] astring dcname
which means "this is a non-NULL string". The server code sometimes
returned NULL however (on getdc lookup failure), which caused the NDR
marshalling code to crash. When you declare a non-pointer return value
you are promising that the value can never be NULL.
The trivial fix is to use:
[out] astring *dcname
which leaves the API alone, but includes a pointer in the wire format,
which in turn means it is valid to send a NULL string as a response.

domain and gets the DC's name via a mailslot call.
Metze, I renamed wbsrv_queue_reply to wbsrv_send_reply in accordance with
irpc_send_reply. Having _queue_ here and _send_ there is a bit confusing. And
as everything is async anyway, the semantics should not be too much of a
problem.

management system I proposed on samba-technical a couple of days
ago. Essentially it is a very lightweight way for any code in Samba to
make IDL based rpc calls to anywhere else in the code, without the
client or server having to go to the trouble of setting up a full rpc
service.
It can be used with any of our existing IDL, but I expect it will
mostly be used for a new set of Samba specific management calls.
The LOCAL-IRPC torture test demonstrates how it can be used by calling
the echo_AddOne() call over this transport.
