2007-10-10r8522: fixed another couple of size_t warningsAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
(This used to be commit d2c928548336682ffd3dda873f9957f3d041f0af)
2007-10-10r8520: fixed a pile of warnings from the build farm gcc -Wall output onAndrew Tridgell1-4/+4
S390. This is an attempt to avoid the panic we're seeing in the automatic builds. The main fixes are: - assumptions that sizeof(size_t) == sizeof(int), mostly in printf formats - use of NULL format statements to perform dn searches. - assumption that sizeof() returns an int (This used to be commit a58ea6b3854973b694d2b1e22323ed7eb00e3a3f)
2007-10-10r8050: - make use of more [value()] propertiesStefan Metzmacher1-0/+6
- the out subcontext's need to have a fixed size of r->in.offered, to make windows clients happy metze (This used to be commit 054e1ca434b2f81de199eeb41cb6233524fc5779)
2007-10-10r7865: changed pidl to take a "const void *" instead of a "void *" for theAndrew Tridgell1-12/+10
structure in ndr_push_*() and ndr_print_*(). The push and print functions really should not modify the structure. metze, to make this work I had to change your spoolss hand marshaller. Can you please check it is OK? I think that the IN and OUT sides of that function are not ever called on the same structure, so I think that attempt at remembering the value by assigning to r->in._offered was not doing anything anyway, but please correct me if I have misunderstood it. If you really do need to remember something on those structures I'd suggest the ndr_token_store() and ndr_token_retrieve() functions, which are used by pidl for just this sort of thing. (This used to be commit eee528be97fa43ca53bdc5652b4d29a0a2caf563)
2007-10-10r7575: - fix GetPrinterData() push sideStefan Metzmacher1-12/+81

2007-10-10r7574: - seperate [in] and [out] buffers and buf_sizesStefan Metzmacher1-35/+39
- use the same names as etherel (offered, needed) for the buffer sizes (and they are really independently used) metze (This used to be commit f5532a5b74e972f44ed8aa19ee9c5851a4b40f65)
2007-10-10r7462: fix Enum* pushing, we need to send back a buffer of the same size as ↵Stefan Metzmacher1-0/+9

- Makes union handling less special - Allows unions in arrays, etc - Compatible with midl - Pidl will warn about switch_type() and the type of the switch_is() variable being different (This used to be commit dc6b4ffc82a191631bc16a4b93a4916a39183ec6)
2007-10-10r5663: Revert some changes I didn't mean to commit...Jelmer Vernooij1-4/+2

2007-10-10r5661: Be a little stricter on syntax regarding arrays. A pointer to anJelmer Vernooij1-2/+4
array can now only be : type *name[]; rather then : type *name; which was supported in the past. Warnings will be given when the first syntax is used. Reasons for this change in behaviour include improved readability and the fact that the second format makes dealing with multiple levels of pointers harder. (This used to be commit a416de5825c540fd3741731c4be05e9a659a6fdb)
2007-10-10r5504: fix typoStefan Metzmacher1-1/+1

2007-10-10r3428: switched to using minimal includes for the auto-generated RPC code.Andrew Tridgell1-0/+1
The thing that finally convinced me that minimal includes was worth pursuing for rpc was a compiler (tcc) that failed to build Samba due to reaching internal limits of the size of include files. Also the fact that includes.h.gch was 16MB, which really seems excessive. This patch brings it back to 12M, which is still too large, but better. Note that this patch speeds up compile times for both the pch and non-pch case. This change also includes the addition iof a "depends()" option in our IDL files, allowing you to specify that one IDL file depends on another. This capability was needed for the auto-includes generation. (This used to be commit b8f5fa8ac8e8725f3d321004f0aedf4246fc6b49)
2007-10-10r2209: patch from volker to add EnumPorts spoolss IDL and test codeAndrew Tridgell1-0/+21
the ndr->offset=0; stuff is ugly. We need a better way to handle this. (This used to be commit e909bfa708aeceeaa37faa6f6dff0274f8ac7920)

2003-11-19switched to a new way of handling unions, so that we can handleAndrew Tridgell1-2/+2
alignment correctly for unions that have non-uint16 discriminants fixed the union handling in srvsvc.idl. (metze, please take a look at the changes, your IDL did match what was one the wire in most cases, but isn't the way IDL is usually coded) (This used to be commit 7b5d0287298e8505e0ec7b22d75d9f9a8a610031)
2003-11-17call OpenPrinterEx on each printer on the server, and then callAndrew Tridgell1-3/+3
GetPrinter with all info levels on each printer (This used to be commit 136b3cfc0460315e924c3d9c8328c1850fc21fba)
2003-11-17nicer method of handling spoolss EnumPrintersAndrew Tridgell1-27/+12
this also handles the return of several printers (an array of relative subcontexts) (This used to be commit 060421c7dc9aa611fe4160843a4f76498ab16bf4)
2003-11-16use nstring and [relative] to support levels 1 and 2 of EnumPrintersAndrew Tridgell1-0/+6
fully (This used to be commit 69c6017c945bdd7d1945f22fcad49112ba6a2d2d)
2003-11-16added support for level1 of EnumPrinters in spoolss. This uses aAndrew Tridgell1-0/+51
number of "magic" add-ons to IDL to make it less painful, hopefully this will make IDL generation useful for horrible systems like spoolss (This used to be commit e18dba7d5a957ef82e8f91733a0bf95d579dcd7a)
