to have a load file that puts a timestamp in the first column. That
tells NBENCH to target the same throughput as the capture, and to
report the maximum amount of latency miss in the test
This allows you to quickly see how many clients you can run with while
still meeting a given target

output in the testsuite rather than just True or False for a
set of tests.
The aim is to use this for:
* known failure lists (run all tests and detect tests that
started working or started failing). This
would allow us to get rid of the RPC-SAMBA3-* tests
* nicer torture output
* simplification of the testsuite system
* compatibility with other unit testing systems
* easier usage of smbtorture (being able to run one test
and automatically set up the environment for that)
This is still a work-in-progress; expect more updates over the next couple of
days.

metze on his quest to unify the ntvfs strucures for the smb and smb2
servers. The only place we needed flags2 inside ntvfs was for the
FLAGS2_READ_PERMIT_EXECUTE bit, which only affects readx, so I added a
readx.in.read_for_execute flag instead.

a union smb_file, to abtract
- const char *path fot qpathinfo and setpathinfo
- uint16_t fnum for SMB
- smb2_handle handle for SMB2
the idea is to later add a struct ntvfs_handle *ntvfs
so that the ntvfs subsystem don't need to know the difference between SMB and SMB2

less likely that anyone will use pstring for new code
- got rid of winbind_client.h from includes.h. This one triggered a
huge change, as winbind_client.h was including system/filesys.h and
defining the old uint32 and uint16 types, as well as its own
pstring and fstring.

deferred reply is short-circuited immediately when the file is
closed by another user, allowing it to be opened by the waiting user.
- added a sane set of timeval manipulation routines
- converted all the events code and code that uses it to use struct
timeval instead of time_t, which allows for microsecond resolution
instead of 1 second resolution. This was needed for doing the pvfs
deferred open code, and is why the patch is so big.
