2007-10-10r16907: Add an index parameter to torture_open_connection. Next step is to ↵Volker Lendecke1-1/+1
enable the unclist parameter for all tests that do two connections, to enable cluster testing. Volker (This used to be commit a5d6db09244d444986f8fded3fc6e72c74c8ca1f)
2007-10-10r14720: Add torture_context argument to all torture testsJelmer Vernooij1-1/+1

2007-10-10r14256: - rename smb_file -> smb_handleStefan Metzmacher1-6/+6
- move it into the in/out substructs again - allow file.path only on smb_fileinfo/smb_setfileinfo metze (This used to be commit be6d5298a2cdb7e7c61d70471bad445645af5963)
2007-10-10r14173: change smb interface structures to always useStefan Metzmacher1-6/+6
a union smb_file, to abtract - const char *path fot qpathinfo and setpathinfo - uint16_t fnum for SMB - smb2_handle handle for SMB2 the idea is to later add a struct ntvfs_handle *ntvfs so that the ntvfs subsystem don't need to know the difference between SMB and SMB2 metze (This used to be commit 2ef3f5970901b5accdb50f0d0115b5d46b0c788f)
2007-10-10r12694: Move some headers to the directory of the subsystem they belong to.Jelmer Vernooij1-0/+1

2007-10-10r12608: Remove some unused #include lines.Jelmer Vernooij1-1/+0
(This used to be commit 70e7449318aa0e9d2639c76730a7d1683b2f4981)
2007-10-10r5298: - got rid of pstring.h from includes.h. This at least makes it a bitAndrew Tridgell1-0/+1
less likely that anyone will use pstring for new code - got rid of winbind_client.h from includes.h. This one triggered a huge change, as winbind_client.h was including system/filesys.h and defining the old uint32 and uint16 types, as well as its own pstring and fstring. (This used to be commit 9db6c79e902ec538108d6b7d3324039aabe1704f)
2007-10-10r5037: got rid of all of the TALLOC_DEPRECATED stuff. My apologies for theAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
large commit. I thought this was worthwhile to get done for consistency. (This used to be commit ec32b22ed5ec224f6324f5e069d15e92e38e15c0)
2007-10-10r4011: get rid of rpc_secdes.h and replace it with a single sane set ofAndrew Tridgell1-1/+2
definitions for security access masks, in security.idl The previous definitions were inconsistently named, and contained many duplicate and misleading entries. I kept finding myself tripping up while using them. (This used to be commit 01c0fa722f80ceeb3f81f01987de95f365a2ed3d)
2007-10-10r3699: - split the delayed write testing out of RAW-WRITE, as it is not yetAndrew Tridgell1-13/+2
clear what the correct behaviour is for delayed stat info update. - use a common torture_setup_dir() function for setting up a test directory in torture tests. (This used to be commit f7fb34715b7d6ea3c35ddd684cfb27459a420339)
2007-10-10r3576: don't consider short share delay timeouts to be an error, so we canAndrew Tridgell1-2/+0
run test_posix.sh in a reaonable time by using posix:sharedelay=100000 this still tests correct multiplex behaviour (This used to be commit 64a6db5b029343f41fc9c3582e0fb051d6c18d39)
2007-10-10r3574: the RAW-OPEN test changes broke a couple of the other tests. ThisAndrew Tridgell1-3/+3
fixes most of them, although RAW-SEARCH still fails (due to an interaction with the new xattr code) (This used to be commit 09b4652b40c4cfca027765178bd5a0adbaa666c2)
2007-10-10r3540: added testing of SMBntcancel in the open/open/close muxAndrew Tridgell1-14/+33
testing. Interestingly, w2k3 does not allow the cancel of an outstanding async open request, whereas it does allow the cancel of an outstanding async lock request. To support this I have changed the pvfs_wait interface to provide a enum on why the event is happening, so the callback can decide what to do. (This used to be commit f23d6a28008a13588cde24b5012ec21e488ac47a)
2007-10-10r3539: much nicer async open delay code.Andrew Tridgell1-7/+16
The previous code didn't handle the case where the file got renamed or deleted while waiting for the sharing violation delay. To handle this we need to make the 2nd open a full open call, including the name resolve call etc. Luckily this simplifies the logic. I also expanded the RAW-MUX test to include the case where we do open/open/open/close/close, with the 3rd open async, and that open gets retried after both the first close and the 2nd close, with the first retry failing and the 2nd retry working. The tests the "async reply after a async reply" logic in pvfs_open(). (This used to be commit eded2ad9c91f5ba587ef4f7f5f5a6dceb4b51ff3)
2007-10-10r3528: added support for the SMBntcancel() operation, which cancels anyAndrew Tridgell1-0/+4
outstanding async operation (triggering an immediate timeout). pvfs now passes the RAW-MUX test (This used to be commit 3423e2f41461d054067ef168b9b986f62cc8f77c)
2007-10-10r3507: - added deferred replies on sharing violation in pvfs open. TheAndrew Tridgell1-0/+21
deferred reply is short-circuited immediately when the file is closed by another user, allowing it to be opened by the waiting user. - added a sane set of timeval manipulation routines - converted all the events code and code that uses it to use struct timeval instead of time_t, which allows for microsecond resolution instead of 1 second resolution. This was needed for doing the pvfs deferred open code, and is why the patch is so big. (This used to be commit 0d51511d408d91eb5f68a35e980e0875299b1831)
2007-10-10r3419: moved the libcli/raw structures into libcli/raw/libcliraw.hAndrew Tridgell1-0/+1
and made them private (This used to be commit 386ac565c452ede1d74e06acb401ca9db99d3ff3)
2007-10-10r3324: made the smbtorture code completely warning freeAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
(This used to be commit 7067bb9b52223cafa28470f264f0b60646a07a01)
2007-10-10r1654: rename cli_ -> smbcli_Stefan Metzmacher1-24/+24
rename CLI_ -> SMBCLI_ metze (This used to be commit 8441750fd9427dd6fe477f27e603821b4026f038)
2004-02-10Convert libcli routines to return NTSTATUS instead of BOOL. Again, theTim Potter1-2/+2
only users are smbclient and smbtorture. (This used to be commit 54cb508c78e5c1faa3ade46b46b165983c880d10)
2004-02-08Convert libcli routines to use cli_tree instead of cli_state. PortTim Potter1-15/+15
smbtorture to use the new interface. Part 2 will be to eliminate cli_state from smbtorture as this is now the only place where it is used. (This used to be commit db1cc96af62ea42837d60592877fc3f93cef143b)
2003-08-13first public release of samba4 codeAndrew Tridgell1-0/+298
(This used to be commit b0510b5428b3461aeb9bbe3cc95f62fc73e2b97f)
