2007-10-10r12510: Change the DCE/RPC interfaces to take a pointer to aJelmer Vernooij1-2/+1
dcerpc_interface_table struct rather then a tuple of interface name, UUID and version. This removes the requirement for having a global list of DCE/RPC interfaces, except for these parts of the code that use that list explicitly (ndrdump and the scanner torture test). This should also allow us to remove the hack that put the authservice parameter in the dcerpc_binding struct as it can now be read directly from dcerpc_interface_table. I will now modify some of these functions to take a dcerpc_syntax_id structure rather then a full dcerpc_interface_table. (This used to be commit 8aae0f168e54c01d0866ad6e0da141dbd828574f)
2007-10-10r11473: Based on work by Jelmer, implement the [async] flag for rpc ↵Volker Lendecke1-4/+4
requests. If it's not there (it's not yet on *any* call... :-)), the rpc client strictly sequences calls to an rpc pipe. Might need some more work on the exact sequencing semantics when a pipe with both sync and async calls is actually deployed, but I want it in for winbind simplification. Volker (This used to be commit b8f324e4f000971b7dafc263c16dd4af958ee7f9)
2007-10-10r8811: Fix the build..Jelmer Vernooij1-0/+1
(This used to be commit fac77f5fa267da57a55e88cad8993897e80741a0)
2007-10-10r8520: fixed a pile of warnings from the build farm gcc -Wall output onAndrew Tridgell1-2/+2
S390. This is an attempt to avoid the panic we're seeing in the automatic builds. The main fixes are: - assumptions that sizeof(size_t) == sizeof(int), mostly in printf formats - use of NULL format statements to perform dn searches. - assumption that sizeof() returns an int (This used to be commit a58ea6b3854973b694d2b1e22323ed7eb00e3a3f)
2007-10-10r5941: Commit this patch much earlier than I would normally prefer, but ↵Andrew Bartlett1-16/+19
metze needs a working tree... The main volume of this patch was what I started working on today: - Cleans up memory handling around DCE/RPC pipes, to have a parent talloc context. - Uses sepereate inner loops for some of the DCE/RPC tests The other and more important part of this patch fixes issues surrounding the new credentials framwork: This makes the struct cli_credentials always a talloc() structure, rather than on the stack. Parts of the cli_credentials code already assumed this. There were other issues, particularly in the DCERPC over SMB handling, as well as little things that had to be tidied up before test_w2k3.sh would start to pass. Andrew Bartlett (This used to be commit 0453f9d05d2e336fba1f85dbf2718d01fa2bf778)
2007-10-10r4035: more effort on consistent naming of the access mask bits.Andrew Tridgell1-1/+1
This removes the duplicate named SEC_RIGHTS_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED and SEC_RIGHTS_FULL_CONTROL, which are just other names for SEC_FLAG_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED and SEC_RIGHTS_FILE_ALL. The latter names match the new naming conventions in security.idl Also added names for the generic->specific mappings for files are directories (This used to be commit 17a4e0b3aca227b40957ed1e0c57e498debc6ddf)
2007-10-10r3513: Add (the infrastructure for) DCOM support. Contents:Jelmer Vernooij1-4/+4
- Support for sending over the object UUID in DCERPC calls - Simple torture test for the DCOM "Simple" object - Generate extra argument for "object" interfaces in pidl - Some stubs for common DCOM functions (This used to be commit c052f2e1edd816206d8974af3140cec7ef97a70c)
2007-10-10r3428: switched to using minimal includes for the auto-generated RPC code.Andrew Tridgell1-0/+1
The thing that finally convinced me that minimal includes was worth pursuing for rpc was a compiler (tcc) that failed to build Samba due to reaching internal limits of the size of include files. Also the fact that includes.h.gch was 16MB, which really seems excessive. This patch brings it back to 12M, which is still too large, but better. Note that this patch speeds up compile times for both the pch and non-pch case. This change also includes the addition iof a "depends()" option in our IDL files, allowing you to specify that one IDL file depends on another. This capability was needed for the auto-includes generation. (This used to be commit b8f5fa8ac8e8725f3d321004f0aedf4246fc6b49)
2007-10-10r3324: made the smbtorture code completely warning freeAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
(This used to be commit 7067bb9b52223cafa28470f264f0b60646a07a01)
2007-10-10r2888: - add 'Ds' prefix to Bind and Unbind call on drsuapiStefan Metzmacher1-4/+4
- rename handle -> bind_handle - change function types to NTSTATUS metze (This used to be commit de73676342be8dbf39df8d3fe68817932ee71ccb)
2007-10-10r2468: print out the names of the fault codes#Stefan Metzmacher1-4/+4
metze (This used to be commit a0c2a3a5d4fba2a6a78cc3d167cbc19941fb43dc)
2007-10-10r2465: modify the autoidl hack to work for DRSUAPIAndrew Tridgell1-3/+27
(This used to be commit 59b3d68bd047231d72fa3299e7289aef25702e9b)
2007-10-10r2458: Rename policy handle parameters for the SAMR pipe. Parameters nowTim Potter1-1/+1
have the handle type implied by the parameter name. There are four types of handle: connect, domain, user and group handles. The various samr_Connect functions return a connect handle, and the samr_OpenFoo functions return a foo handle. There is one exception - the samr_{Get,Set}Security function can take any type of handle. Fix up all C callers. (This used to be commit 32f0f3154a8eb63de83145cbc8806b8906ccdc3e)
2007-10-10r336: added a -X command line option to smbtorture to enable dangerous orAndrew Tridgell1-1/+1
possibly destructive tests. Use with care! Added IDL and test code for samr_Shutdown() and samr_SetDsrmPassword() (This used to be commit 84de0b7e58c69e0817b9d475de0895a54cc95927)
2007-10-10r335: added much better handling of servers that die unexpectedly during aAndrew Tridgell1-1/+6
request (a dead socket). I discovered this when testing against Sun's PC-NetLink. cleaned up the naming of some of the samr requests add IDL and test code for samr_QueryGroupMember(), samr_SetMemberAttributesOfGroup() and samr_Shutdown(). (actually, I didn't leave the samr_Shutdown() test in, as its fatal to windows servers due to doing exactly what it says it does). (This used to be commit 925bc2622c105dee4ffff809c6c35cd209a839f8)
2007-10-10r305: - added IDL and test code for samr_RidToSid()Andrew Tridgell1-1/+1
- completed the IDL and test code for the various set user password mechanisms in samr. Three password mechanisms are now working, the UserInfo24 method, the OemChangePasswordUser2() method (which only sets the LM password) and the ChangePasswordUser2() method which sets both the LM and NT passwords. - updated some crypto routines to support the password change tests (This used to be commit 051efa2abf9d1fbbf783df411c02f2714027f813)
2007-10-10r275: added IDL and test code for samr_QueryDisplayInfo3(),Andrew Tridgell1-14/+77
samr_AddMultipleMembersToAlias(), samr_RemoveMultipleMembersFromAlias(), samr_OemChangePasswordUser2(), and samr_ChangePasswordUser2() The password change functions don't actually work yet (but should soon). At this stage I have just completed the IDL for them. Next step is to get the hash verifiers right and the torture test should be able to do password changes. (This used to be commit 849d0d314a2add80f2b2be6b503fea05973f998e)
2007-10-10r266: modified autoidl to deal with policy handles (this helped me work outAndrew Tridgell1-19/+47
a few more samr functions). Still a hack tho. (This used to be commit 15199a384f63ff206c8bcd483d615a3f91e9877d)
2003-11-28the beginnings of an automated tool for working out IDL properties ofAndrew Tridgell1-0/+155
a pipe. I'm not sure how possible this will be without lots of human intervention, but its an interesting thing to try. (This used to be commit d5afe7c6a8651457da9438fcf0035c792701ac86)
