The reason for this is that some systems include <rpc/rpc.h> from within system headers. HP-UX 11.00 does so somewhere deep inside of <shadow.h>. For torture/winbind/struct_based.c <rpc/rpc.h> resolves to torture/rpc/rpc.h and breaks the build. metze

This patch changes a lot of the code in ldb_dn.c, and also removes and add a number of manipulation functions around. The aim is to avoid validating a dn if not necessary as the validation code is necessarily slow. This is mainly to speed up internal operations where input is not user generated and so we can assume the DNs need no validation. The code is designed to keep the data as a string if possible. dcerpc_interface_table struct rather then a tuple of interface name, UUID and version. This removes the requirement for having a global list of DCE/RPC interfaces, except for these parts of the code that use that list explicitly (ndrdump and the scanner torture test). This should also allow us to remove the hack that put the authservice parameter in the dcerpc_binding struct as it can now be read directly from dcerpc_interface_table.
