When some child processes could not be created, smbtorture would exit
and leave the successfully started child processes running. Add a loop
to kill the existing child processes for this case.

Currently there are a lot of duplicate ioctl function field definitions
between source3 and source4.

Allow UNC lists like this:
192.168.2.1
192.168.2.2
192.168.2.3
the share name will be taken from the command line

Tests explicitly checking share modes should open the dir/file
with the share mode they want to test.

In order to implement root_fid in the s4 SMB server we need to declare
it as a handle type, just as for other fnum values in SMB. This
required some extensive (but simple) changes in many bits of code.

Eventually, we should move some of these parameters into a separate
struct (perhaps into smb_transport_options?), to avoid the long lists of
parameters.

It seems most opertaions are supported, but that the values are not
consistant. I think these are very much hand-hacked stubs, which is
what they will be on Samba4 too.
I'll need to add some more 'don't fail for...' hacks before this
passes against Win2k3.

the duplicate handling of the unclist. This now exposes a function
torture_get_conn_index() which can be used by tests to work out which
host to talk to using the unclist. I will be using that as part of a
set of tests for clustered Samba that need to do auto-reconnect (to
allow testing of cluster node failure)

output in the testsuite rather than just True or False for a
set of tests.
The aim is to use this for:
* known failure lists (run all tests and detect tests that
started working or started failing). This
would allow us to get rid of the RPC-SAMBA3-* tests
* nicer torture output
* simplification of the testsuite system
* compatibility with other unit testing systems
* easier usage of smbtorture (being able to run one test
and automatically set up the environment for that)
This is still a work-in-progress; expect more updates over the next couple of
days.
