This brings in the code from both libcli/auth and
source4/auth/ntlmssp.

This reverts commit f7f6992a20dd29bd7643291e3b3d05bc8f6c9c76 because
75953f18469fa8746d9d8ad20bbbb3bcbd0df9dd solved the root cause, which
was a race in ldb startup.

By default the samba4 dlz_bind9 backend searches under
CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=DomainDnsZones and CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=ForestDnsZones.
In my samba4 test setup all DNS zones are under CN=MicrosoftDNS,CN=System.
After adding the attached patch it works fine for me.

This is the complementary part of patch
abe5afc580dcaaab70f136904d98fa83bfae7b6e for samba4.

By default we were checking this on the default folder for
tempfile.NamedTemporaryFile (usualy /tmp) but this folder can be mounted
on tmpfs (which didn't support xattr currently). Now we should check on
the filesystem where the provision will be done.

Thanks Jelmer for pointing that out...

This passes down a struct loadparm_context to allow these
parameters to be checked. This may be s3 or s4 context, allowing the
#if _SAMBA_BUILD_ macro to go away safely.

This will allow the TDB layer to get at the lp_ctx for tdb options.

This will allow us to pass this down to the tdb_wrap layer.

If the call was done using an error string ("add_err_string"), then use that one
without an additional "ldb_strerror()" for the definitive LDAP output.
Otherwise generate one using "ldb_strerror()".
This omits redundancies in the error string generation (twice the same
information by "ldb_strerror()").

This does not change who uses gensec for now, but makes it possible to
write new gensec modules outside source4/

This will allow gensec_start.c to move to the top level. This does not change
what code uses the cli_credentials code, but allows the gensec code to be
more broadly.

This is done so that the lpcfg_ functions are available across the whole
build, either with the struct loadparm_context loaded from an smb.conf directly
or as a wrapper around the source3 param code.
This is not the final, merged loadparm, but simply one step to make
it easier to solve other problems while we make our slow progress
on this difficult problem.
