acconfig.h configure configure.in include/config.h.in: Added -lsec and -lsecurity checks
in a more sane way.
rpc_client/cli_netlogon.c: Removed correct bits check to see if this works with an NT3.51 PDC.
rpc_parse/parse_samr.c: Fixed compile warnings.
