Add attribute macros for Heimdal to use
Heimdal uses HEIMDAL_NORETURN_ATTRIBUTE and HEIMDAL_PRINTF_ATTRIBUTE, and we need to provide a link between these and Samba's function attribute handling. Andrew Bartlett
