r6150: fixed a few socket_wrapper bugs.
- now works properly with UDP, so the NBT tests work
- fixed byte order in a few places
- connect() now fails to non-localhost
- fixed some places that tested for < 0, which should be == -1 (most syscalls
return -1 on error, not "negative")
(This used to be commit 61e1eea0fdb13577de2506472c5443ee92656263)
