r3513: Add (the infrastructure for) DCOM support. Contents:
- Support for sending over the object UUID in DCERPC calls
- Simple torture test for the DCOM "Simple" object
- Generate extra argument for "object" interfaces in pidl
- Some stubs for common DCOM functions
