r896: - use andrews samdb_result_passwords() for the remaining password change mechanisms
- added samr_ChangePasswordUser2() (just a subset of samr_ChangePasswordUser3) (This used to be commit b5324a4b802e793a49a40a7d57f77f7410397bb3)
