	In reviewing various files in Samba-4.0.7, I found a number of instances where malloc()/calloc() were called without the checking the return value for a value of NULL, which would indicate failure. (NB. The changes needed to ccan, iniparser, popt and heimdal will be reported upstream, not patched inside Samba). 2012-06-19	TDB2: Goodbye TDB2, Hello NTDB.	Rusty Russell	1	-0/+114
	This renames everything from tdb2 to ntdb: importantly, we no longer use the tdb_ namespace, so you can link against both ntdb and tdb if you want to. This also enables building of standalone ntdb by the autobuild script. Signed-off-by: Rusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>
