2013-04-12source4/cluster and source4/ntvfs: convert to dbwrap, add ntdb option.Rusty Russell3-160/+129
This makes the code use dbwrap_local_open(), so it can handle NTDB. brlock.tdb, notify.tdb and openfiles.tdb can now be brlock.ntdb, notify.ntdb and openfiles.ntdb, if 'use ntdb' is set. It's a bit confusing to mix low-level and high-level libraries. We had multiple libraries in one directory, and there were have circular dependencies with other libraries outside that directory (in this case, samba-hostconfig).
